There are two ways you can submit your application information and necessary dues to become a member of the midwestern criminal justice association.

(1) Print out, complete, and send the membership application (see below) with a check for the appropriate dues to MCJA Treasurer Michael Gizzi at the address below:

(2) Download the Microsoft Word version of the application, complete it, and send it via email to mgizzi@ilstu.edu. Then send a check to Michael Gizzi at the address above. We are working to set up a new Paypal account and hope to have this functioning sometime this summer. Check back for more information if you would like to pay using Paypal.
